Simplr is a small senior team led by Stelios Savanidis, a principal product designer with 15 years across LSEG, BT, Accenture, Uniserve, and startups in fintech, logistics, automotive, healthcare, and AI. The studio is registered in London and currently based in Zürich, working with founders and product teams across Switzerland and the UK. Selected client work includes Concierge Unique and ggcd.uk. We work directly with you — no account managers, no juniors, no handoffs. The people on the call are the people doing the work.

We built simplr around a single observation: most digital work fails not because the team isn’t capable, but because the timeline encourages drift. Six-week projects become four-month projects. Scope creeps. Costs blur. We replaced the open-ended engagement with a three-day sprint, a fixed price, and a deadline guaranteed in writing.
